Real estate website templates and design
Websites for estate agencies, lettings agents, property consultants and independent agents. Start from a finished real estate template, or let GridOkay design and build a site around your listings.
The essentials
What a real estate website needs
A property website works as a 24-hour shop window for buyers, renters and sellers. These are the pieces visitors expect to find.
- 01
Searchable listings
Filters for location, price range, bedrooms and type, so visitors find the right property in a few taps, on a phone too.
- 02
A CMS for every property
Each property is one CMS item with its price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, status and photos, so you can add or remove listings in minutes.
- 03
Clear status labels
For sale, to let, under offer or sold. Nobody should enquire about a property that has already gone.
- 04
Detailed property pages
A large photo gallery, the key facts, a written description, a floor plan, a map and a short enquiry or viewing form.
- 05
Agent profiles
A real photo, a short bio, their areas and their listings, linked from every property they handle. People buy and rent through people.
- 06
A valuation request
A “Book a valuation” button in the navigation and a short form that says what happens next. New sellers and landlords often matter most.
- 07
Local area guides
Transport, schools, shops and green spaces, with links to your listings in each area. They help buyers and give search engines useful pages.
- 08
Trust and contact details
Genuine reviews, the memberships you actually hold, clear fees and your phone, email and office address on every page.

Yes. Avenlo’s properties live in the CMS, so you add a property, change its price or mark it as under offer or sold without touching the design.
Often yes, but it depends on your property software and your website platform. Some setups import listings automatically, others need a developer. Many smaller agencies simply add properties by hand in the CMS.
Yes. We design and build custom websites in Framer and Webflow. Website design starts at $799 and development at $999. Tell us about your agency and we’ll reply with a quote.
